The 16th Sokcho Yangmi-Rumuk Festival will be held for 10 days from November 7th to 16th at Sokcho Port Site (1341-1 Cheongho-dong).

The festival, where you can enjoy delicacies on the east coast in autumn, is designed to promote the taste of local fisheries products such as Yangmi-ri and Dorumuk, and to increase the income of fishermen.

At the venue, there will be a direct sale of Yangmi-ri and Dorumuk, as well as a food market involving merchants from Sokcho, and a variety of side events such as Pumba performances will be held to create a festival venue that combines taste and excitement.

A Sokcho city official said, "Yangmi-ri and Doromuk are delicacies representing the east coast in autumn," adding, "I hope tourists and citizens who visit the festival will enjoy the true taste of Sokcho seafood along with the scenery of Sokcho Port."

On the other hand, this festival will be hosted by Sokcho-si Fisheries Cooperative and organized by Sokcho-si Yangmiri Jamang Association.
