Sokcho City announced that it will openly recruit participants to operate a sales booth at the 2025 Yeongrangho Cherry Blossom Festival, which will be held for two days from April 12 to 13, from March 7 to 14.

In this recruitment, a total of 40 booths will be selected, and the recruitment field will consist of food and flea markets (living crafts, garden supplies, accessories, experiences, etc.). Companies that have been confirmed to enter the store will be provided free of charge with basic facilities such as chairs, tables, electricity, and banners along with designated booths.

As the Yeongrangho Cherry Blossom Festival, which marks its second anniversary this year, is a sustainable eco-friendly festival, booth participants must make it mandatory to use multiple containers and eco-friendly packaging materials, and also comply with prevention of rip-off charges and thorough hygiene management.

Eligibility for application is limited to companies that have a place of business in Sokcho as of the date of public announcement and can continue to operate during the festival.

Sokcho City plans to conduct the first document screening based on the application received, and select the final entry company through an open lottery for applicants who have passed the screening.

An official from Sokcho City said, "We hope that small business owners in the jurisdiction will actively participate in the 2025 Yeongrangho Cherry Blossom Festival so that it can be a richer and more colorful festival."

On the other hand, applications for participation can be made from March 7 to 14 by filling out the applications and related documents posted in the notice and notice section of Sokcho City Hall's website, and then visiting the Sokcho City Hall Tourism and Tourism Marketing Festival Team.
